Askpay services
This Licence Agreement is between Trevor Gilbert & Associates Limited trading as Askpay ("we or us") and the individual or company to whom Askpay has agreed to supply the Online Services and Materials ("you"). The following terms and conditions govern your use of the online services supplied by Askpay (the "Online Services") and the materials and content available therein ("Materials"). The terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between Askpay and the 'Subscriber'.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any page on this web site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not access any page of this web site. Accessing the content on the website signifies your acceptance of these conditions of use and all other terms and conditions in this document. Access to the content held on this website is provided by Askpay and restricted to current subscribers. The Askpay web site is operated by Trevor Gilbert & Associates Limited, trading as Askpay, hereinafter referred to as Askpay. The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Licence: Restrictions on use
Subject to any Supplemental Terms which may apply for specific services or materials, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Online Services and Materials from time to time made available to you for the purposes only of (i) research or study, (ii) providing professional services to your clients.
The licence is specific to each Subscriber and each Subscriber will provide a list of email addresses of their users. There is no restriction on the number of Subscriber users.
Aggregate liability
Salary surveys shown on this site are for guidance only. In no event shall Askpay be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or loss (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, and/or any claims made under third party contracts) howsoever arising (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) out of any access to this website or use of any information contained on this website.
The aggregate liability of Askpay in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the online services or materials shall not exceed the amount of your actual direct damages. Your right to monetary damages in that amount shall be in lieu of all other remedies which you may have against Askpay.
Askpay shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the online services, materials or the failure of Askpay to perform its obligations, regardless of any negligence of Askpay.

Will endeavour to maintain an efficient, accurate service but do not guarantee 100% accuracy of sent or received email. Askpay is not liable for loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service.
Is not liable for the content transmitted by users through their servers.
Reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the service with or without notice without incurring any liability on the part of the user.
Reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Reserves the right to delete without warning an account which has broken any of our published Terms and Conditions, or for actions which could be considered to be breaking the spirit of the Terms and Conditions.
Reserves the right to amend the contents, design and functionality of the website and to change the operating software.
